✦ NETWORK EXPANSION ✦
U Health Plus, our lowest-premium product is expanding to include all of Davis County and Salt Lake County (except Bingham Canyon—zip code 84006). U Health Plus includes U of U Health, Primary Children's Hospital, Holy Cross, and many other providers along the Wasatch Front. |
Our larger network, Healthy Premier, is offered in all counties except Rich, Cache, and Sanpete. For more info about our networks, check out our network flyer. |

We are discontinuing three plans in 2024: |
- Healthy Premier Expanded Bronze
- Healthy Premier Expanded Bronze Standard Choice
- Healthy Premier Expanded Bronze w/ 3 Copays

All members currently on these plans will be crosswalked to the Healthy Premier Bronze Standard Plan. |
We are also adding a prosthetic benefit to ALL individual plans. |
