Join the U of U Health Plans Outreach Team at this year's Hispanic Health and Heritage Fair. The parade will be on Saturday, September 7th at the Gateway in Salt Lake City, and step-off is at 1:30 pm.
Employees who march in the parade will be entered into a drawing for one of four $25 gift cards and will receive a t-shirt (while supplies last). Employees are also welcome to march with up to four friends or family members.
The sign-up form will close on August 23, but you must sign up by August 7 to secure a t-shirt.
